What does a Reiki session actually involve, and what will I feel during it?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique where you lie fully clothed on the treatment couch while I guide Reiki energy through the body. Most people feel warmth, tingles, deep relaxation, or a sense of emotional release — but every experience is unique. My role is simply to hold a soothing, supportive space while the energy works where you need it most.
How do I book a session, and what information do you need from me?
To book, simply email, WhatsApp, or use the contact form to tell me:

• your general availability (days + times)
Once we agree your appointment, I’ll send your Client Record Form, which asks for your emergency contact and GP details. All information is kept strictly confidential. I’ll also send full payment details — full payment is required to secure your booking.
Where are you based, and what about parking?
I have locations in Atherstone and Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Both locations offer convenient parking options (Friary Road has street parking, and the Wellness Hub has parking at the rear). What exactly is Hair Bliss, and is it similar to a head massage?
Hair Bliss is a unique sensory relaxation service that focuses on slow, comforting hair play — using fingers, brushes and gentle scalp/neck strokes. It isn’t a massage and involves no pressure; it’s the cosy, soothing feeling of having your hair played with in a nurturing, therapeutic way. Many clients find it deeply calming for the nervous system.
