Take a seat, grab a blanket, and settle in for a cosy moment of self-care. Your session begins with gentle brushing to smooth and detangle the hair, followed by a blend of soothing scalp work, more invigorating techniques to boost circulation, and light head massage to release tension.
At the heart of it is the hair play — the deeply satisfying, tingly sensation that makes this treatment so addictive. This is a completely unique experience, created from a genuine love of that relaxing feeling.

What does a Reiki session actually involve, and what will I feel during it?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique where you lie fully clothed on the treatment couch while I guide Reiki energy through the body. Most people feel warmth, tingles, deep relaxation, or a sense of emotional release — but every experience is unique. My role is simply to hold a soothing, supportive space while the energy works where you need it most.
How do I book a session, and what information do you need from me?
To book, simply email, WhatsApp, or use the contact form to tell me:

• your preferred day and time (Tuesdays, Saturdays or Sunday mornings)
Once we agree your appointment, I’ll send your Client Record Form. All information is kept strictly confidential. I’ll also send payment details — full payment is required to secure your booking.
Where are you based, and what about parking?
You can find me on Heath End Road in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. There is a small car park at the rear of the building, plus 2 spaces outside the front, but you’ll receive all the exact parking details and info in your confirmation email after your booking is secured. Click here for more info.

Do you run any classes?
I run a monthly women's circle on a Sunday morning at my space on Heath End Road in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The class typically involves an opening ceremony, discussion, activities based on that month's topic, oracle card pulling and more. We look at a different topic each month and support ourselves and each other. See my Classes tab for the details.
