At Hay of the Heart, my women’s circles are designed as a safe, nurturing sanctuary where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported by a warm, like-minded community.
At each gathering, you can expect activities such as:

✦ Healing activities including despacho offerings and letter-to-self work

A gentle, welcoming space for women who feel stuck in constant responsibility mode — disconnected from themselves, emotionally tired, and craving more softness, connection, creativity, and space to just be again. Plus - tea, coffee & biscuits included! ☕🍪
Together, we’ll explore joy, playfulness, softness and
self-reconnection through a mix of:

No pressure to share. No need to be “good” at anything. Just come as you are.
