At Hay of the Heart, my women’s circles are designed as a safe, nurturing sanctuary where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported by a warm, like-minded community.

At each gathering, you can expect activities such as:

✦ Guided meditation

✦ Cacao ceremonies

✦ Journaling

✦ Oracle card pulls

✦ Healing activities including despacho offerings and letter-to-self work

The next women’s circle: Sunday 15th February 2026 at 11am

February is still winter — even when the world is telling us to push forward, start again, and emerge. This women’s circle is a conscious pause from that noise.

You’re invited into a warm, supportive space to rest, reflect, and gently release what feels heavy or no longer aligned. This is not about fixing yourself or setting resolutions — it’s about listening to your body, honouring where you are, and creating space for what comes next.

During this circle, we’ll move slowly and intentionally through:

✦ A guided meditation to settle the nervous system and turn inward

✦ Reflective journaling prompts to make sense of the past year

✦ Oracle card guidance offered as a tool for insight and reflection

✦ A despacho-making exercise, where you’ll create a personal bundle with intention to release something you’re ready to release this winter, ready to emerge into Spring with clarity.

Each attendee will create their own despacho using natural materials including white paper and yarn, dried flowers, sugar, spices, essential oils, and sealed with wax. You’ll take your bundle home to complete the ritual in your own time — either by burning it or returning it to the earth.

This circle is about:

✦ Resting without guilt

✦ Listening to your body and inner signals

✦ Gently releasing patterns, roles, or expectations you’re done carrying

✦ Feeling supported by a like-minded group of women

Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you — including simply listening and being present.
