Reiki Energy Healing
I know energy healing might sound unfamiliar, “woo-woo,” or even a bit far-fetched, but it’s essentially a quiet, calming treatment that helps you relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
My Reiki sessions are specially designed to support you in a practical way. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, low in mood, anxious, or simply unsure of "what's next for you", this session offers space to pause and reset.
We begin by setting a simple intention for your session — something you’d like support with, such as easing stress, calming anxiety, lifting low energy, or helping you feel more like yourself again.
You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table — all that’s required from you is to lie back and rest while I guide you through the process so you always know what’s happening. Each session includes gentle energy cleansing to help release what’s no longer serving you, the Reiki itself to encourage balance and calm, and the intention of restoring positive, supportive energy.
Reiki Taster (30 mins) ︱£25
A Reiki Taster is a 30-minute introductory session, perfect if you’re curious about Reiki or looking to gently try it out. It’s also ideal as an energy "top-up" between full sessions when you just need a little reset. A simple, calming way to experience Reiki and see how it feels for you.

A 45-minute Reiki session — perfect for an energy top-up, first-time try, or after-work reset.
A full 60-minute Reiki session including energy cleansing, grounding, and the gentle return of balanced, positive energy, tailored to support your specific needs or areas you’d like to focus on.
A 60-minute Reiki session followed by 30 minutes of quiet reflection using simple oracle cards and journaling. This extended session is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, looking for guidance or direction, or at a crossroads in your life and want space to slow down and gain perspective.
The cards are used as a gentle reflection tool — helping you explore your thoughts, patterns, and what may be contributing to how you’re feeling. It’s not about predicting anything, but creating prompts to help you think things through in a different way.
You’ll also have time to journal and make sense of anything that comes up, with space to write freely or simply sit with your thoughts, alongside a calming herbal tea to help you settle. We can tailor this time to what you need most — from life crossroads and purpose-seeking to gaining clarity on a specific situation. Please note: This is not a tarot or psychic reading — instead, the oracle cards are used as a reflective tool, chosen by you with gentle prompts and a simple framework I guide you through.
Long Distance Reiki ︱£15
Reiki + Oracle Cards (90 mins) ︱£50
A virtual session where I send Reiki to you from afar, with no travel or in-person meeting required. After booking and payment, we arrange a day and time for your session — and when that time comes, you simply settle into a comfortable space in your home while I send Reiki from my treatment room.
Using traditional Reiki symbols, I create an energetic bridge that allows the healing energy to flow to you wherever you are. You don’t need to be on a call or do anything special — just relax and be open to receive.
Massage
Whether you choose an express treatment, a longer 45-minute session, or a combined hair play and head massage experience, each one is designed to help you disconnect from mental noise, release physical tension, and leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and deeply relaxed.

Hair Play is a unique relaxation treatment inspired by one of life’s most comforting sensations — having your hair gently played with.
Take a seat, grab a blanket, and settle in for a cosy moment of self-care. Your session begins with gentle brushing to smooth and detangle the hair, followed by a blend of soothing scalp work, more invigorating techniques to boost circulation, and light head massage to release tension.
At the heart of it is the hair play — the deeply satisfying, tingly sensation that makes this treatment so addictive. This is a completely unique experience, created from a genuine love of that relaxing feeling.
Express Head Massage (30 mins) ︱£30

Based on traditional Indian techniques, this 30-minute express treatment is designed as a quick, effective reset. Performed seated, it works the shoulders, neck, scalp, and face using a blend of soothing and invigorating techniques to relieve tension, refresh the mind, and boost circulation. Optional oil can be used to nourish the hair and allow for smoother movements.
This 45-minute head massage offers a slower, more immersive experience, allowing time to fully unwind and release deeper tension. Working the shoulders, neck, scalp, and face, it combines soothing and invigorating techniques to ease built-up stress, improve circulation, and bring the body into a deeply relaxed state.
A full 60-minute experience combining classic head massage with deeply relaxing, tingly hair play. This treatment blends soothing and invigorating techniques to release tension while creating that addictive, calming sensation through the hair and scalp. To finish, your hair is gently tidied into a presentable bun and any excess oil is removed with a warm cloth, so you can step back out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and put together.
Hair Play + Head Massage (60 mins) ︱£44

These unique combination sessions blend Reiki with hair play, head massage, or reflective guidance for a deeply calming, full-body reset experience. Ideal if you want to fully switch off while also gaining clarity, space, and a grounded sense of direction — leaving you lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
