Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel bookings. If you are unable to make your booking, please notify me as soon as possible via email at hayoftheheart@gmail.com

If you need to reschedule or cancel with more than 24 hours notice, I can offer you either;

• a full refund

• transfer your booking to a future date, depending on availability

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show;

• No transfer option will be provided

• No refund will be given

If Hay Of The Heart has to cancel due to sickness or low numbers (in the case of classes, retreats and events), you will be notified via email and a full refund or transfer of ticket of the same value to a future date will be offered.

Please do not attend if you feel unwell or display any Covid-19 symptoms, to ensure the safety of your practitioner and other clients.
